Do peel the avacado? I noticed you peel the lemon. I thought you could leave the peel on. Do you get morejuice if you peel lemons and oranges?

Chlorophyll-rich plants use the energy from the sun and convert it into food energy. These vegetables contain an array of amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and all of these are fantastic for alkalising your body and building the immune system. Avocados will not extract juice if you put it into the juicer. You will end up with a mushy mess!!! A ripe avocado is always best to use. I cut my avocado and remove the pit. Scoope it out with a spoon and add it in the blender.

WHAT IS THE HEALTH FACTOR OF THIS GREEN DRINK? Also, when you add the avocado, do you leave the skin on it? Also, is it better to juice the avocado when it is fully ripe? Thanks
